Some of My Favorite WordPress Plugins

I’ve used a lot of WordPress plugin over the past few years. Here I have compiled a list of some of my favorite WordPress plugins that I’ve used.
All in One Webmaster – If you are a webmaster you probably heard of Google Webmaster Tool. Both Yahoo and Bing have their own versions called Yahoo SiteExplorer and Bing Webmaster Central. With them you can check how your site is indexed (Webmaster Tool), get detailed statistics (Analytics Tool), earn money (Google AdSense) and more. This plugin allows you to easily integrate them with your blog. It has option to add Google, Bing, Alexa, Blog Catalog, Yahoo's Webmaster and Analytics code (meat tags). Facebook Comments for WordPress – This plugin integrates the Facebook commenting system right into your website. If a reader is logged into Facebook while viewing any comment-enabled page or post, they’ll be able to leave a comment using their Facebook profile. Google Analytics for WordPress – The Google Analytics for WordPress plugin allows you to track your blog easily and with lots of metadata. Simple installation through integration with Google Analytics API: authenticate, select the site you want to track and you’re done.

Lightview Plus – A wordpress plugin which implements lightview of Nick Stakenburg. Lightview does the same as lightbox, but in a much nicer way and since Version 2.0 much more. Now lightview-plus plays videos from YouTube, blip.tv and Vimeo. This plugin automatically enhance image links to use lightview. Like – Let your readers quickly share your content on Facebook with a simple click. It uses the new Facebook Like button released on Apr. 21st 2010. TopUp Plus - TopUp is a jQuery based wordpress plugin which implements TopU. TopUp does the same as all the other “box”-scripts, light lightview, thickbox, floatbox, fancybox or lightview. Further, it plays videos in the overlay. It has the same functionality as the wordpress plugin lightview plus.
