I’ve used a lot of WordPress plugin over the past few years. Here I have compiled a list of some of my favorite WordPress plugins that I’ve used.

All in One Webmaster – If you are a webmaster you probably heard of Google Webmaster Tool. Both Yahoo and Bing have their own versions called Yahoo SiteExplorer and Bing Webmaster Central. With them you can check how your site is indexed (Webmaster Tool), get detailed statistics (Analytics Tool), earn money (Google AdSense) and more. This plugin allows you to easily integrate them with your blog. It has option to add Google, Bing, Alexa, Blog Catalog, Yahoo's Webmaster and Analytics code (meat tags). Single click sitemap submission to Google, Bing, Yahoo and Ask. In addition to that it has option to add tracking code for Clicky, Quantcast, Compete.com, SiteMeter.com analytics!!  By Arpit Shah.

Facebook Comments for WordPress – This plugin integrates the Facebook commenting system right into your website. If a reader is logged into Facebook while viewing any comment-enabled page or post, they’ll be able to leave a comment using their Facebook profile. Facebook Share (New) Button - The Facebook Share (new) button easily allows your blog to be shared. The button also provides a current count of how many times your story has been shared throughout Facebook. Facebook Share Statistics – Show informations on your posts shared on Facebook, with statistics and charts about the number of “like”, comments and clicks received. For each post, are shown stats about share count, like count, comment count, total count and click count. Facebook Social Stats – If you have both the facebook Like social plugin and the facebook Share button installed, you might have noticed that the counters show a combined count of Shares and Likes. Chances are you would like to know exactly how many people have shared OR liked your article not just the combinded count. GD Press Tools – GD Press Tools is a collection of various administration, seo, maintenance, backup and security related tools. This tools can be integrated into the various WordPress admin panels, can perform maintenance operations, change some aspects of WordPress, see detailed server settings and information. Google Analytics for WordPress – The Google Analytics for WordPress plugin allows you to track your blog easily and with lots of metadata. Simple installation through integration with Google Analytics API: authenticate, select the site you want to track and you’re done.

Lightview Plus – A wordpress plugin which implements lightview of Nick Stakenburg. Lightview does the same as lightbox, but in a much nicer way and since Version 2.0 much more. Now lightview-plus plays videos from YouTube, blip.tv and Vimeo. This plugin automatically enhance image links to use lightview. It has the same functionality as the wordpress plugin topup plus This plugin uses prototype. By Puzich.

Like – Let your readers quickly share your content on Facebook with a simple click. It uses the new Facebook Like button released on Apr. 21st 2010. You can customize it in the Settings section: Access directly your Facebook Pages to manage them (see screenshot 2) Send updates to your Fans. IFRAME or XFBML versions of the button. By Bottomless.

Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu – The lazy and the productive will love it : all admin links available in a neat horizontal CSS driven drop down menu. No need to click on “Manage” then “Pages” to edit pages. And plenty more space on your screen.

Pretty Link – Shrink, track and share any URL on the Internet from your WordPress website. You can now shorten links using your own domain name (as opposed to using tinyurl.com, bit.ly, or any other link shrinking service)! In addition to creating clean links, Pretty Link tracks each hit on your URL and provides a full, detailed report of where the hit came from, the browser, os and host. By Caseproof.

Simple RSS Feeds Widget – This widget displays titles and links to the latest posts of a custom list of third party RSS feeds. It is useful for people who want to follow third party feeds updates on their own blog. It is also useful for blog networks where each blog can promote the latest posts of other blogs of the network. TopUp Plus - TopUp is a jQuery based wordpress plugin which implements TopU. TopUp does the same as all the other “box”-scripts, light lightview, thickbox, floatbox, fancybox or lightview. Further, it plays videos in the overlay. It has the same functionality as the wordpress plugin lightview plus. Because both have the same code base, the first version of TopUp Plus is 2.5, as the actual version of lightview plus. By Puzich.

SEO Friendly Images – SEO Friendly Images is a WordPress optimization plugin which automatically updates all images with proper ALT and TITLE attributes. If your images do not have ALT and TITLE already set, SEO Friendly Images will add them according the options you set. Additionally this makes the post W3C/xHTML valid as well. Back In December of 2008 I got Declined from Market Leverage and Click Booth before I knew what I was getting into and wanted to make sure I know this time and learned the lingo of the CPA Network and then have a better change of getting accepted.

Here are the CPA networks that I signed up for and linked to the ones that accepted me.  These Networks are lucky for accepting me because now I’m going to work very hard promoting these CPA Networks.  The first CPA network that I signed up for was MaxBounty on Thursday, February 4, 2009.  The Second CPA Network was WebJamAds, then  Affiliate, Copeac, RocketProfit, FiliNet, RevenueLoop, and HydraNetwork.

I signed up for Commision Junction Back in Auguest 2008 after going through John Reese’s Tracking Secret 2.0 Checklist, but really didn’t start promoting any offers yet.  Yes, Commission Junction is also considered one of the CPA Networks, but a litter different then the ones in the above list.

I also signed up for ClickBank in the summer of 2008, but really haven’t sold anything from that Network yet. If you don’t have you’re own product ClickBank is a great network join to start promotion information products as an Affiliate.

At first, I had a really hard time trying to figure out how I would promote products from ClickBank.  I didn’t know where to start so I didn’t try to promote anything from Clickbank and just continued learning Internet marketing on my own and followed some instructions some of the Internet Marketing Gurus.  I wasn’t until I saw course called Commission Blueprint that seemed to be very popular throughout the Internet Marketing Community that really help kick start my understanding of how to go about promoting Affiliate Products.  I highly recommend Commission Blueprint to anyone wanting to start learning about how to make money online immediately.

The Commission Blueprint course show you how to choose and pick a product, how to do your keyword research and use the keyword tools, track your statistics and conversions,  and make lots and lots of money with ClickBank Information Products.  The teaching you’ll learn from Commission Blueprint course will help you out a lot and prepare you for when you start entering to the Realms of the CPA Networks.

Thank you for your interest in the How To’s with WordPress.  I started this blog last month and learn about how to do stuff the hard way and researching took some sleepless nights.  But I’m quick to find ways with technology and would be more than happy to share what I have discovered.  Some of the stuff that people want, I would probably want to find out anyways.  I can’t help being curious myself.

Pros:

- Can play video with lengths of more than 10min compared with free hosting with YouTube.com

- As far as for as I’m concern, there is not limit of how many videos you can up load.

- Storage is never an issue.

- using the Javascript, protects your video from being downloaded.

Cons:

- Each video is limited to 30MB file size to upload.

- All the media will be displayed for the public to see.

- It’s not a very good Place to store you Multi-Media Library.

- using the javascript to play video will not work on every browser. I wasn’t able to play with Safari but was able to watch the video with fire fox.
